Staged® To Move can provide you with a free Staging Estimate,so we can StageŽ your home for you. This process takes 15-30 minutes allowing time to walk through the house, take pictures, and get an idea of what is needed to prepare the house for sale. This may include recommendations on rental furniture and/or accessories or Staging with existing pieces that are already in the home. Other services may be recommended i.e. painting, flooring, house cleaning. We will always take budgets into consideration. |

Staged® To Move will offer the homeowner and/or agent verbal recommendations that the homeowner can implement themselves. Each room will be evaluated top to bottom. This process usually takes an hour to complete and notes will be taken. Prices vary depending on the size of the house. |

For a small Consultation Fee, Staged® To Move will offer a detailed, written report which includes pictures, detailed instructions for furniture and accessory placement, and ideas for you to StageŽ your own home. This consultation involves the Stager taking pictures of each room and usually takes 1/2 hour for photographs. You will be provided a written report and given "homework" so you can implement the ideas provided for you. Prices vary depending on the size of the house. |

Similar to the Walk-Thru and Written Consultations, the Quick Stage involves walking room to room helping the homeowner move items as we go. This is a good way for the homeowner to get an idea of the way each room should look in the eyes of the buyer and will give them the tools to "fine tune" each space on their own. Hourly rate will apply. |
