'I used "Staged to Move" to redecorate my house with no intention of selling it. I just needed help putting more color into my environment and filling in the blank walls. I thought that I had plenty of decorator pieces and many pictures on the wall; but it just wasn't working together.

I had intended only to fill in the holes and replace a few pieces that would tie things together. However, my white walls (my idea of peach and grey) just didn't add enough pizzazz to the house and the crown molding and trim work was unfinished. So, on Barbara's advice, we called in a painter who recommended some carpentry work, who recommended some finish carpentry for some of the work I wanted done. And since we were doing all this, why not use this opportunity to refinish the hardwood floors. Isn't this the way with remodel projects?

I do not regret any of the work that I had done and Barbara's recommendation for tradesmen was right on. The men were professional and the workmanship superb. The paint colors Barbara chose were perfect with several of the new purchases. I had insisted that Barbara use an existing Oriental rug which had more cool than warm colors. Barbara found a way to make it work and the colors are stunning and the décor is both peaceful and tasteful

Barbara spent hours shopping with me and for me to find items that would pull everything together and upgrade the house. I love all my new purchases and am thrilled with the new look. I have had several get-togethers to celebrate the new look and everyone has been very complimentary. Barbara found a way to blend her excellent taste with several of my existing pieces. I can't wait to begin on the kitchen and bedrooms now. I never thought my house could look so comfortable and yet fashionable.

Barbara also has the expertise and where with all to stay on budget and often advised less expensive choices in order to keep me within my budget. This is not an easy task and Barbara was always aware of the bottom line in her choices. However, with certain items like furniture, Barbara did not skimp on quality and still found some good bargains. I have recommended Barbara to several friends and would do so again.

Your staging of my West Island Court listing was wonderful and I believe instrumental in gettting this home sold.

This home was on the market for six months with another agent before the listing came to me. The sellers felt their previous agent hadn't done enough to market their home. I knew that I had to do something extra to let the sellers know that I was presenting their home in the best possible light. That's where the staging came in. The sellers were ecstatic. They felt their home never looked better and the open houses were very successful.

We received three offer and we were in escrow three weeks from the time I took the listing.
